“ David in the meat department is the best!! I was able to reserve a prime rib Friday and when the shipment came in he put my name on a large piece for pick up Saturday. He's knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. You don't find many employees with attributes like this. Happy Holidays ”
“ Go here for sandwiches during a lunch break. It is worth it. Service is fast because there wasn't a line. The only okay part was that they ran out of almost every bread there was during the afternoon. There isn't seating outside or inside but it's in a plaza so you can just snatch a table nearby. Generous portions of meat and a great deal for about $9. ”
“ This review is for their Deli Department and a particular staff. Five stars for food and service!! I had placed an order at a near by restaurant but I was starving. So I walked into Luckys to get few pieces of wings from the deli. There was a gentleman who helped me, I explained that I would like 2 small fried wings. He said he would give me samples and went ahead and passed over 2 pieces of chicken. It was hot and delicious when I took a bite. He asked me if I was still interested in purchasing. I replied YES. I did not feel good to walk away without buying anything. Then he asked me if I needed any napkins. I spent $1.20 for 2 small wings. But I walked out with 4 wings and bunch of napkins. Best deal in town. I was sorry that I did not get his name. But he is a gentleman who worked the Deli on Saturday 1/13/24 around 1:50pm. THANK YOU!! ”
